What is the process of customization service?
Sample Process

Mass production Process
1. Mass production moulds Preparing: Silicon paste is painted on the resin model which are left to dry to produce the moulds.
2. Mass white bodies casting: Pouring resin mixture into moulds and get the shaped white bodies and refining .
3. Painting: Mix the paints. Painting group,apply the paint on the white bodies and get dried.
4. Install accessories: Install accessories like lights,pumps,felts,fiber optic and ect working time depend on what accessories to install, generally require 7 days for this procedure.
5. Quality assurance and testing: quality control tests carried out during the production process include dropping testing to ensure the transportation safety, lighting safety, waterballs and other tests for the mechanical and electrical components.
6. Labeling and packing: Putting labels--warping--putting individual box(if required)--putting into inner box( if required)---putting into master carton.
7. Warehousing and delivery: warehousing --loading into container and dispatch.
